I got to spend a week with Erica at her new place in Charlotte the first week in July.We went on a whilwind shopping spree buying her a new computer system, vcr, desk, shelving, and lots lots more ! We spent most of the weekend setting stuff up in the apartment and watching Wimbledon. Then, during the week headed to the Discovery and Mint Museums in downtown Charlotte, spent a day at the Paramount Carowinds Amusement Park, did a bike ride around the Lake Norman area, and caught the fireworks at Lake Wylie.

The birthday cake Erica baked for me ! Erica forgot to calculate the shear stresses for the second layer but the resulting fracture funtioned quite nicely as a mouth :)
